SYTYCD! The Blog (aka So You Think You Can Dance! The Blog) is written by two avid fans of the show, Amanda and Dawn.  Both are stay at home moms who watch entirely too much TV. We will be recapping each and every episode of Season 5 of FOX’s show, ‘So You Think You Can Dance!’

Amanda didn’t start watching SYTYCD until its 3rd season when Sabra won, but she instantly became a fan and watched each episode twice that year. She is also very sad that she can only catch up on Benji and co. on You Tube and wishes that they would put season 2 on DVD! Her favorite dances are Chelsie and Mark’s “Bleeding Love” by choreographers Tabitha and Napoleon and Neil and Danny’s “Two Princes” dance in the Finale of Season 3.

Dawn is a huge fan of SYTYCD, but doesn’t like the audition rounds - she says, “Let’s just get to the choreographed routines, already!”  She’ll be watching the auditions this year, though!  She caught a little of season 1 and got sucked in to the point of no return with season 2.  Her favorite dancer is Danny Tidwell (from season 3).  In fact, Dawn thinks the third season is the most memorable thus far.  It’s hard for her to limit her favorite dances to two or three, though the one she re-watches most online is Lacey and Kameron’s contemporary piece to ”Dancing”.
